By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges unless cancelled.

Refunds may be issued within 14 days of initial purchase.

Certain features within StriveLife OS — including but not limited to SMS, phone calls, voicemail drops, and email sending — may incur additional usage-based charges.
These fees are rebilled through Strive Life OS and may vary from underlying provider rates.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and software belong to StriveLife OS or its licensors. You may not duplicate, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the platform. However, you grant StriveLife OS a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as part of our service delivery.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Violate any laws

- Upload malicious code or spam

- Use our software to send unauthorized messages

- Copy, resell, or exploit the service without permission

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend access if:

- Payment is overdue

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Strive Life OS is not responsible for carrier delivery delays, pricing changes, or technical errors caused by third-party communication providers.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
