These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the StriveLife OS Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining or promoting StriveLife OS as an affiliate (“you,” “Affiliate”), you agree to these Terms and to our general website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you’re joining on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to bind that business.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW & ELIGIBILITY

The Program lets you earn commission for referring paying customers to StriveLife OS. You must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws, including the FTC Endorsement Guides (disclosures).

We may approve, decline, or remove any affiliate at our discretion.

2. PLANS THAT PAY COMMISSION

We currently pay commission on two subscription types only (no tiers or complex structures):

Full Access Plan — paid monthly or yearly

Web Hosting Plan — paid monthly or yearly

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, commissions apply to subscription fees only and exclude taxes, pass-through usage/rebill fees, overages, one-time setup fees, refunds, and chargebacks.

3. COMMISSION & PAYOUTS

Rate: 50% of the net subscription amount we actually receive for eligible plans.

Recurring: Commissions recur while the referred account remains active, in good standing, and receiving adequate first-line support from the referring affiliate (see Section 12).

Attribution: The sale is credited when a new customer signs up using your unique affiliate link. We use last-click attribution with a 90-day cookie window.

Hold period: Commissions become payable 30 days after the customer’s first successful payment (to allow for refunds/chargebacks).

Schedule: Payouts are processed monthly (typically around the 15th of the following month).

Minimum: We may require a $50 minimum accrued balance before issuing payment.

Method & tax forms: You must keep an active payout method on file with our third-party provider and submit any required tax forms (e.g., W-9 / W-8). Unclaimed or unpaid commissions due to missing/invalid details may be forfeited after 120 days.

Refunds & Chargebacks: If a payment is refunded or charged back, any associated commission is reversed or deducted from future payouts.

No self-referrals: You cannot earn commission on your own accounts or those of your immediate household or company entities you own/control.

4. PROMOTION RULES (KEEP IT CLEAN & COMPLIANT)

You agree to:

Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously (e.g., “This is an affiliate link; I may earn a commission.”).

Avoid spam of any kind (email, SMS, social DMs, comments, form spam, etc.). Follow CAN-SPAM/TCPA where applicable.

Do not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims (including earnings claims).

Do not impersonate StriveLife OS, its team, or act as if you’re our employee/agent.

No paid search trademark bidding on our brand names, domain names, or misspellings; no domain names or social handles that could confuse users as “official.”

No coupon sites or unauthorized discounts unless we’ve given you written permission.

No illegal, hateful, defamatory, or adult content placements. Only use our brand assets as provided or approved by us; don’t alter logos in a misleading way.

We may request removal or correction of any content that violates these rules; continued violation is grounds for removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

StriveLife OS retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, content, software, and other IP. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved assets solely to promote the Program in accordance with these Terms.

6. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

You are an independent contractor—not an employee, partner, or agent of StriveLife OS. You’re responsible for your taxes, expenses, and compliance with laws.

7. TERM, CHANGES, AND TERMINATION

These Terms start when you’re accepted and continue until terminated. Either party may terminate at any time, with or without cause, by notice (email is sufficient). We may update these Terms at any time; continued participation after changes means you accept them.

If we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms or applicable law, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately and withhold or forfeit unpaid commissions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, StriveLife OS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Program will not exceed the commissions paid to you in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StriveLife OS and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your participation in the Program, your promotional content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Any non-public information you receive from us (including customer or prospect data, when applicable) is confidential. You’ll protect it and use it only for Program purposes, following all applicable privacy laws and your own posted privacy policy.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Bonneville County, Idaho for any dispute not subject to small-claims procedures or mutually agreed mediation.

12. AFFILIATE SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITY

Affiliates are expected to provide first-line support for all customers they refer.

This includes:

- Responding to client questions, setup issues, or concerns within 24 hours.

- Providing clear communication and basic assistance before escalating to StriveLife OS support.

- Acting as the main point of contact for their referred clients whenever reasonably possible.

If an affiliate:

- Fails to provide timely or adequate support,

- Becomes unresponsive to clients or the StriveLife OS team, or

- Repeatedly redirects clients to StriveLife OS for basic issues they could reasonably handle..

then StriveLife OS reserves the right to reduce, pause, or revoke commissions (in part or in full) for affected accounts.
